Jonathon has been involved with OpenOffice.org since its initial release. He has worked in providing testing and quality assurance to the project. Jonathon established and maintains the OpenOffice.org knowledgebase to help users understand the benefits and methods used in the OpenDocument format. Jonathon runs his own business, offering training and support for OpenOffice.org to business and government clients, among other services.
